She's very big on good attitude...

I had a long chat with her not too long ago. She told me she will never hire a girl who has a bad attitude no matter how good the girl looks. She always tries to interview them as thoroughly as possible. As hobbyists, we all know looks can only get you so far, it's the service that keeps us coming back. If her girls provide even close to the kind of service she used to provide, I'm sure there will be many happy and repeat clients.

She also told me it's never her intention to compete with the big agencies in this area. I guess if you have lots of repeat clients, you probably won't need too many girls. For example, TGND only has 10.

Thanks for the continued support, you guys are soooooo sweet!
I get a lot of emails asking when Im going to add more ladies...if only it was that simple! Lol
I prefer to work with local ladies instead of touring ladies and I like to have a personal relationship with the girls so I prefer to keep things safe and small...always under 6 girls. As soon as I find ladies who I believe will provide the same level of service I use to provide Ill post her on TER for your enjoyment : )

Jennifer, who I posted about last week turns out to be the opposite of what PureGirlfriends is all about so she wont be working with us...too bad because she was super cute! Lol

Just to echo your comments. I actually had an appointment with Jennifer but the agency told me to hold off because they were having doubts about working with her. Good to know there are still decent people in the business.

Learned from your other previous thread that Sara used to be your ATF before setting up Pure, since we have some mutual friends currently, I'm just very curious how Sara looks like. Of course, I believe she was  very hot and gorgeous, very likely still is very hot and gorgeous.
Any chance you reveal her work name or even her pic's.  Just very very curious :) S
