Agencies have always posted their own content. Rule 206 didn’t provide them any cover before SESTA repealed 206. Any risk an agency has now, is the same risk they had before the law. Right now, it’s become very difficult for an independent provider to advertise their availability to new clients. Some may find that agency affiliation gets them access to those new, yet screened, clients.
