My question for the ladies: What do you want to gain from your screening requirements? Why are references not enough, or whitelistings?
For those ladies who require more--what security do you gain from employment information, etc.?
And for all--what about verification sites like RSK2 ... what greater securities do they give providers that a reference doesn't? Why should I trust that my information is safe with such sites?
