Yes, got a late start on setting up an appointment.  Wasn't able to respond right away, maybe ten minutes, and the available appointment disappeared.  Basically was behind the curve all day.  Then tried more than a few agencies and a couple of independents, nada.  I burned through the old Rolodex and nada.  Wasn't to say they weren't accommodating, and tried to schedule later, but no bueno for my schedule.

Unless it's an agency of course , it's hardly ever a good idea. you start lowering your standards of who you will see.  

Worked a lot of long hours this week and had a small window of availability to get a date in but was not able to. I started my search early in the week but nobody's schedule matched mine.  

I have no problems booking last minute, and rarely if ever have to "lower my standards" and even if I did, at least I wouldn't be sitting at home jerking my own meat.

That said, there are those occasional days where shit just doesn't come together, but there are a hell of a lot more days when they do.

I probably see between a hundred or so different women in the states each year, and more than that outside of the US. I almost never book in advance and I couldn't be happier at the way things normally turn out for me. If you are happy making appointments days or even weeks in advance and spending the other day pulling your own pud, well good for you. I am glad things are working out the way you like them. As for me, I like to get laid virtually every day, and booking far in advance just doesn't work for me.

That's great... You can pay for sex 365 days a year? Good for you buddy.  I, unfortunately, don't have that kind of disposable cash lying around, (nor the time).  

All were pretty accommodating, and if I could wait a couple hours no problem.  One had a lady available at the allotted time, but had seen her twice already this week.     Another hadn't checked into her hotel yet and they were booked so no room available until much later.

While in the states, I spend most of my time in Dallas, which is similar to DC, except you guys have a lot more agencies than we do in Dallas, which normally makes last minute booking a breeze.

I do have the luxury of having several regulars here that can often see me on short notice, but on occasion I have a day like yours, and yes it sucks, but since it seems to be a rarity for you, I will save my pity for the guys who have to take matters into their own hands more often than not.
