We should either be the adults we strive to be and stop participating on her diary OR we should be the children that we are and attack her with shock and awe. We're at a disadvantage since it is HER diary and I'm sure she retains posting control. I vote to act like children anyway (at least until football season starts). But lets spread the abuse around and not let her use Jeop's head to break down the door. Not that it seems like he gives a fuck. But if we're going to act like children, let's be MEN about it. I'm gonna go see if I can land a jab (without getting killed--lol)
Whether on Marilyn's diary, TER reviews or thru back channel someone is always going to have something bad to say about someone. As well as someone is going to sing another's praises. Not every provider is going to like every hobbyist and vice versa. So as long as no one is spreading lies about you, you should take most comments with a grain of salt.
I try to keep as much of my personal feelings about someone to myself, base all I say on fact and try to do it as calmly and politely as possible. (Believe me; some are lucky that my dignity and class as a lady has kept me from cursing them out and pimp slapping them.) If a guy does rip a girl off or mistreats her, then by all means other providers should be given a warning, (with tact of course).
Let's take this opportunity for us, in this our hobbying community, to become responsible for ourselves.
We pledge to treat others with respect and present ourselves in a respectful manner.

We pledge to respect a person's time (ladies this applies to you too - lateness, trying to cut out early)
We pledge to not cross boundaries or pressure a person to cross limitations they have already made clear.

We pledge to keep all private and non-private information about others to ourselves.
We pledge to treat others the way we expect to be treated.
Did I miss anything that should be added to the pledge list? Are we all in agreement on the pledge list?

That's where the hard work comes in. For some people, one or more of these items may simply go "against the grain". In my case, there is ONE (since I have pretty well conquered the other one). Just about everybody in here knows which ONE it is. In my case, I have made progress even THERE. However, I still have some distance to go.
...I mean, this is only decent consideration! And how else can we realistically expect an enjoyable hobby?
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. We are all human and I dont think Marilyn is posting EVERYTHING on her diary.
If you look at the whole picture some girls are really hurt behind what alot of the guys are doing/saying.
If anything acting like a child (you called me one so now im gonna get you, nanana boo boo) wont make things better.
We need each other. If it wasnt for the guys, the girls wouldnt be working. If it wasnt for the girls the guys would go crazy from not having a good *romp* every now and than!
Granted some of the things written are mean have you ever thought that this is how the guy made the girl feel? If you really open your mind and read into some of the things written, alot of girls take the boards/reviews to heart.
I doubt anyone is perfect, just be mindful that everyone has feelings. When I 1st found out about TER I had 2 reviews (when I worked with an agency)I cried because the guys said some really hurtful things and was sad they felt I was so ugly.
Im sure im not alone. This is why I am independent now and different strokes for different folks. There are ALOT of guys who like juicy thick girls. On the same token there are alot of guys who dont....
Doesnt feel good when you read such mean and hurtful things about yourself..........

Jeop does have a high opinion of himself. So do I. He is paying for it. All the guys are here. Sure, fantasy, fantasy, but "I" am not deluded as to what my title is! I have had guys say all sorts of shit in the review or threaten stuff about reviews, some post the review, some beg for free time, yada-yada... its all good, I could care less. I have been bashed on these boards and honestly, any publicity is good publicity. Rock on to Marilyn for posting in her blog, and if you don't like it you don't have to read it. If Jeop sees her, he KNOWS she will probably write about it, and may not like it. I had a blog too, and wrote all sorts of good sh*t in it, but when I had more than one person contact me about publishing it, I pulled it. Currently writing my screenplay. One author: me. One big check: my name. I wouldn't have it any other way. FYI you cannot copywrite a blog. Its free domain.
Jeop has a high opinion of himself as I do. Its called self esteem. Good stuff. I believe in the freedom of speech and I do not think someone's comments in a personal blog is a big deal. Its just words. Jeop has proved himself on these boards, and there are many people who respect him.

Really BD - relax please, take a deep breath, release, it isn't as bad as it seems. Let there be an oposing board - not much you can do to change it. I've actually enjoyed the read between both and hope it continues.
And sooner or later it will either go away or become more then it is not - a compliment to all the other posting boards out there.
