This person looks like Katia, who also went by bunny.  That's why I think Sabrina is Katia/Bunny.

Just a hunch

She had brunette hair when I saw her too, but I then saw another Eros ad with her in it with blonde hair.  

Hmm...enough of a resemblance for me to stay away, regardless.

Sabrina=Patricia=Bunny=Katia

Blonde or Brunette, they're the same person.
