Guys --I realize that TER is a small group in DC -but please read the excellent series of postings on the LA Board about ripoffs and bait and switch agencies. Since many of the ones that come to DC are listed here (miami gold for example), they are definitely a worthwhile read.
Add pussy katz to the list of these kinds of agencies (although this one is strictly DC for now.

they go by several other names also. $200 for a hand job is all you get. I can do that at home for free.
