At this rate, my polar bear and penguin buddies will move to DC!

movement in the 70s lol

Radical climate change, far more radical than anything modern man has experienced, is writ large in the history of the earth.

The polar areas have been temperate in the past, and the ice sheets have touched the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

Whether mankind actually is affecting climate is the question and it is a far more open one than most realize.

One day the earth will shake us off like fleas. A mass extinction event - another thing common in earth's history.

It will be done with us, as we will have made for it all of the plastic it desires, to keep it company through the long millenia, until our sun swallows the inner planets up as it decays, a billion years from now.....

hmmm...
December 21, 2012?

Ah...that sounds good...the sun swallowing us up.  Maybe then I wouldn't have to sit here waiting for the snow plow to come!

Oh well...back to my igloo I go.  If only there was a lovely lady or two or three to give me eskimo kisses and keep me warm...

by turning off the fridge in garage that stored the Guinness. I can just put them in the snow banks to keep em cold.

Global warming, or ice age, as long as I have my Guinness and a good single malt I will be fine

Yup. I remember the same people squawking off today about Global Warming were telling us an ice age was coming when I was a kid.

Then we find out they have to suppress and/or distort the data to support their position.

Global Warming is not about global warming at all. It's the refuge of communism.

I will sell carbon offsets for less here at Carbon-off.com gotta go chip the ice off my car...
