Does anyone know of any providers working in NOVA in the 18-21 age group that they recommend?

Pretty, sweet and Untranslated French would be a big plus.

According to her agency, she's 20 not 19. Disqualifies her as a teen queen. Although she does still meet the original poster's request for 18 - 21.

Kali is certainly very beautiful.   Unfortunately time and $ limit me to NOVA (Tysons is perfect) and the $$$ range.

This coming FRI has a great deal of potential for me so do you (Or anyone else) have other suggestions?
