Reviews for agencies

I didn't know if there was a place here to give an agency a review or not so I wanted to give a loud shout out to Elite Models for how understanding they are about problems that come up from time to time (as sadly this has happened before).

I was going to visit for a training session and suddenly traffic just stopped and when we got moving again it took me 1.5 hours to travel just 28 miles (I hate DC traffic! )so I got in touch with the agency to let them know and again very understanding and since the person i booked didn't have any other appointments was able to push my visit forward.

Thanks Elite for the understanding and kindness when problems like this arise.

but a more permanent way is to review the provider you saw, and include the behavior of the agency.

You can also go to Site Reviews on the main menu, but that seems to be the agency creates their entry and you  can up or down vote. I've never really tried to use that feature so not sure how it works but you might take a look.

+1 There’s no one like elite. Responsive, helpful, professional. Hell, they even let me know I left my wedding band behind and held it for me until I was able to pick it up 😱

Do you do the typical agency thing for screening? (I.e. photo ID)

If you click on the link that was provided you can then click on Contact Box/I want to be a friend and you will see their screening form. Looks like they expect you to fill in all the fields, one of which is ID pic.

I would not expect them to tell you on a public forum that they don't always enforce (I am not a customer so don't know if they would or would not consider that) their individual screening requirement elements. You might try asking in a less public manner.

And if done that way, it's possible there'd be a public response.

In this case, I agree. Even if they bend rules they aren't gonna tell you outright.
