Converting them into ALIAS REVIEWS.

Since I have seen some of the ladies repeatedly, I am not breaking any TER rules.

Eventually, I will only have 2 or so reviews next to my handle, because those reviews I can not remove or replace.  However, having only 2 or 3 reviews next to my handle will make me look like a total newbie though, except for those who are using TER classic in which case the total number of reviews  (including alias reviews) will show up next to the handle.  On the New TER, only the total number of reviews that were written
using real handle show up in the total count.

Any thoughts on weighing the need for privacy versus keeping whatever credibility/"seniority" we established so far?

The rumor is that TER classic might be going away...

If the matters were so private to begin with, why did you write the reviews? People here want to maximize the reviews they got under their handle to get the bragging rights not reduce them

Plus we needed certain number of reviews to qualify for certain things on this site.
I never did enjoy exposing my personal stories next to my handle.

But back to the question...   am I the only one here who's trying to take the private route at the cost of looking more like a newbie-hobbyist?

If I understand correctly what you're trying to do. . .

First of all, I don't believe you can write a review with an alias. I think TER allows one handle change for security reasons but you may not have more than one handles. So your best option would be to abandon your old account, with or without the change in handle, and then start fresh by creating a new account with a new handle.

TER does allow review with Alias. Its the newest feature they have implemented. Just go to manage aliases n MY TER and then it will give you option to create alias for discussion board or review.

I didn't notice the "review" option. Hmmmm. . . perhaps some of my Balls could start writing reviews.

As for LowEnforcement's question, I don't count the number of reviews of a reviewer to determine his credibility.  I've found that a prolific reviewer can be a total idiot. . .  except for BFE of course. :)

It's purely for privacy reasons.  I don't need to plaster each of my sessions on the internet for everyone to soo.

Also, not giving additional info to LE is always a plus too
but it's just gravy.

writing reviews is good for others not good for the one who writes them. Great many things could go wrong like. .SO finds out.. SO's lawyer finds out.. Your family find out.. LE find out..

but I agree, many others like myself enjoy reading them before going for an appointment.. but I choose to write selectively and not for everyone.. specially Agency girls..

Interesting...I thought all of this was just supposed to be fictional fantasy stuff.

I've been writing reviews as fantasy stuff.  Exploring my creative writing skills.  Hmm.

Interesting.

And as long as you are obeying the golden rule of STFU if ever questioned about anything then what do you have to worry about? Don't see streetwalkers, walk away from a situation if your gut tells you something is wrong and always error on the side of caution and you should be fine. There are plenty of highly reviewed ladies out there more than happy to see a well reviewed hobbyist so no need to take chances on what might end up the most expensive and embarrassing hour(s) of your life.

When you are a prominent member of the board you invite attention. You can STFU as much as you want but you can still get a call from LE.

TER reviews are fiction. It’s part of what you agree to when you write one.
Guideline # 15 “We consider all reviews to be fictional stories that are posted by TER solely for entertainment purposes.”
I always follow the guidelines, no factual stories from me!

Well that might be true, but LE is no different than anything else - the low hanging fruit is the easiest to pick.  That said this is some value to hiding away the review totals, I was recently turned down by a fairly well known traveling provider because I had too many reviews..funny how that works out eh?

1.  A "good" alias review will not allow me to check if it is a reiewer who has similar tastes to mine so I will not have any context to believe it

2.  I will automatically wonder if a "good" review is an ad instead of a review

3.  I will automatically wonder if a "bad" review is a jilted client or jealous competitor

Penny wise and pound foolish for sure.  Too bad.

I'm writing a review for a favorite girl, gave her a choice between my real handle or a cool alias name.
She told me she preferred if I used my real handle.

In retrospect, I can understand and don't see why a provider would want an alias review even if rated her with a high score and was a very good review: No track-record or credibility.

Shit, maybe I'll flip a coin and if it turns up heads I'll make an exception for her and another fav girl,
and post it under my handle.   The rest of the ladies will get the alias treatment. lol

Do you honestly think LE would troll your reviews and use them against you?  I mean, really?  Sure I suppose it is "possible" but trust me...while LE loves to make a bust and make some noise, trolling through your computer to determine your internet ID and thus "busting" you....  not something I have ever really seen them do.  Not unless you are a high level so and so... for most of us schlubs they are content to bust us when they catch us or otherwise ignore.

Trust me...most LE guys... they are seeing these girls too.  I know...
