Do any providers in the area allow the customer to video tape or take photos of their session, for private use only?

I understand some of the PSE's allow photos but not sure about video.

Yes many of the Porn Stars allow video. As far as locals go try Climax Entertainment, from what Tasha herself has said some of the girls might allow sessions to be taped.
