I always shave whenever seeing someone.  I may even try the entire area.  Not sure if I want to deal w/ the itching though.  Shave if you can gentlemen, it's worth it for both you and your provider.

I saw a gentleman last week who had the BEST trimmed area I have ever seen. Needless to say, we both had a great time!As a provider, I love to find the pleasant surprise of a freshly shaven man. It is so exciting! It allows me to really get into devouring the wonderful tool standing erect before me! In return, I keep my self trimmed or shaved. I am actually entertaining the idea of a Brazilian wax. As hobbyist, what are the benefits of shaving? If you don’t shave, what lead you to that decision? As a provider, do you have a preference? Do you prefer your guys shaved? Does it matter?

I love a lady that is fully shaved and very smooth.  As for myself, I'm partially trimmed but concerned about blade so close to the family jewels :/

I was asked to shave or shall I say trim by a very nice provider I know.  All the ladies I have seen , none complained(grin),  there was discussion on  the Atl bde about it, it seems that the providers do not want to Floss when they give head(grin)  I have been thanked and complemented on the trim work,  yes I will trim to get a little "Trim" LOL Did I date myself with that word?    Ol JimmyPW

Have any of you ever read a review that said "she was heading south and took one look at my hairy boner and quickly suggested doggie.  That was OK with me because I really don't like getting head anyway."  Of course not...if we didn't enjoy getting a good BJ we'd stay home with our wives :(

I particularly love it when the ladies give the beanbag some oral attention, it drives me wild.  And I know that being shaved (and freshly showered) makes it an almost certainty that I'll get what I want.  I don't think for a second that providers don't care or don't notice because practically every lady I have been with HAS noticed, complimented me on it (in fact, my last provider's exact words when I told her why I do it was "smart man!"), and dove right in.

Guys, if you want her to give it to you, send her a message and help her out by shaving.  It only takes a couple of minutes every day before you shower...use a body shaver, never blades (are you nuts, or just interested in losing them?) and you'll REALLY enjoy the results.

I keep it trimmed...I wouldn't mind being shaved though...I don't think I could do it myself though, I would be too nervous with a razor down their.

C'mon ladies!! How do you prefer we keep it?? And, while we're on the subject, how are you keeping things down there these days?

I have no troubles or issues shaving.  I cant go back.  Every lady I've been with has commented how much more pleasant it is.  As far as putting a razor near the family jewels, I use one of those Venus womens razors and just lathered up soap.  Never had a problem.  In the beginning there were a couple nicks (very very minor) but you quickly learn what works.

I am VERY handy with a straight razor... ask my boys  :-)

Heads you win, tails (mainly mine) I lose (pubes too)...  I just can't believe that the last two ladies to perform "the task" on me are RIGHT HERE in THIS THREAD!

So HOW do I handle THIS situation?  Jayla, why in the WORLD would you ask me this question when YOU were the last ANSWER to it?

Why any male would shave there public area.. I am old school and some of my brethen told me the women like shaved.. If someone volunteer to shave me,I would be more than happy to be shaved.

...I've never had any difficulty getting any "volunteers"...:)

Once the ladies get into it, the "difficulty" is in getting them NOT to!

Ponzone; it will be a cold day in hell before someone shaves me..LOL

Trimming is okay, but shaving it all off is irritating to me.  As you have witnessed yourself, I have no trouble devouring you unshaved... in fact, I prefer it that way!  Don't do it this week... promise!

I trim but don't shave and have never had a complaint.

I like my women that way too. Often when seeing a shaven lady and its not recent, stubble is like sand paper.

Irritating in what sense...

a) frustrating, a turn off or

b) the stubble hurts your skin?

I shaved for the first time last month based on threads similar to this one. I started out using a Micro Touch then bought a BodyBare shaver to keep the boys smooth. I've seen one provider since then and she spent 20 minutes licking my balls; the previous time I saw her, it was only 2 or 3 minutes. It was pure heaven. I can't believe I waited so long to do it. I love the way it feels too.

Allways like to shave. but seem like kind of got to be a little carefull as to not draw to much attention to that area. as the significant other might get a little suspesious..

But i would love to find a provider that is not shaven and is natural down there.
would be a great change for a while ..

Would love to comply, but could be problem with significant other.   Help teach old dog learn new trick.   Bald eagle is propable out of question, but what would be the trim length.   Serious, hair clippers go from 1 to 10?   Any advise?

to the guys worried about wifes and significant others.  I found an unsual but effective way to explain it.  I decided to grow a goatee.  After a week or so it got to the point where it needed trimming.  I explained to my SO, how I was concerned about trimming it too short or what to do.  She suggested I try an area that is not normally seen.   I said you mean "down there" she replied she was thinking of armpits, but if I tried it "downthere" just be careful.

So waaa la. I trimmed it nice and neat, know questions asked, and yes by the way it worked on the goatee as  well.  Just used the hair trimmer part of a norelco electric shaver.

I agree Jayla. I love a shaven man. I can eat em all up then!
