I just called them and they said Jill was available.

When I said I offered my work number but said I couldn't use a cell phone number (it's a family cell phone), the girl on the line hung up on me.

I called back and said why did you hang up, she explained why they won't work with someone without a cell phone.

I said, why couldn't you explain that instead of just hanging up?It's RUDE to hang up.

She said, it's rude when people call and don't show up and there is no way to reach to them.

I said that's not me; why blame me for bad past experiences?

I thanked her for her time.

Don't take it personally.  She's rude to everyone!
