After all the grief that some of us (fairly, I think) have given TER for being unresponsive, particularly about changing profiles where the original details were wrong or where something has changed (menu, weight, etc.), I have to give them credit for being really responsive on something else.  Fair is fair.  Twice in the last two months I have written about reviews that I thought were bogus involving two terrific women -- Katie of katiesclub and Samantha (from Rockville) - and both times the reviews were deleted within 48 hours.  Admin even thanked me for bringing the reviews to their attention.  Way to go.
