2) If you've followed the posts on the AA issue, you would know that there has been a sharp increase in the tagging the past six months - which fits perfectly with timeline on the perp involved with raping and strangling women.

Check references and do checks! We as providers all have our own ways of checking out potential clients. The last step would also be to keep your fingers crossed. If you are religious say a little prayer before you meet your new client. 
I say this because you just never know. I know a provider in the PA area who met with a client that robbed her, slapped her and bit her on her inner thighs while going down.
