It seems that the world we live in is a nanny-state. The government has all sorts of protections for bad employees, unfair hiring practices, whistle-blower programs, unemployment insurance. Government workers are practically hired for life - you can;t get rid of them. What with unions and lawyers everywhere an employee can do a shit job and keep it. When they want to leave they just quit.
But where is the employer in all this? Left holding the bag for these awful employees. The deck is stacked against the employer in every way.
I love it that this agency has stood up for itself and outed these girls that broke their agreement and stole from them.
Take for example the girl TRISTA aka SANDY aka DANIELLE aka BRENNA aka STACEY, etc. This chick switches agencies every week and her reviews indicate an unstable, unprofessional, drug using idiot. Is it any surprise that she made the list?????????

...how do you know they're scumbags? None of us here will ever know for sure if the agency is giving us the entire truth. Accurate or not, it's highly unprofessional for an agency to conduct business this way.
Not with Aphrodite when she called herself Trista, but I got scammed by her when she went by Brenna Banks for another agency, which I posted about on TER afterward. See here:

I didn't get any resolution from the agency directly at the time, but she did vanish from their site within a few days, so I guess they handled their problem. I gave them another shot and have had generally positive experiences since.
I can't speak regarding the others identified on the site, but Trista/Brenna/whatever she is going by this week is playing a very dangerous game with a lot of people. I can't muster any sympathy for her being called out publicly. Karma.
Sorry to hear that, seems to me that that is pretty unfair of Classy.
Regardless of what they did outing them on the web is a slippery slope. Where does it end? So what happens to clients who get on their wrong side? Who knows, the next new page may provide client information.

I've never used them but am aware of their reputation. I suspect it is common for babes to skip out with the agencies cut and I have no doubt an agency babe will rip off a client or another lady . Most agencies don't have the guts or balls to fess up to it. You can make your own decisions, but as for me, if any of the babes they list show up in DC I'm gonna pass!

I understand that its a bit unprofessional for them to post providers that are in debt with them. Sure, it may look unprofessional. But, I guess its their way of letting hobbyist know. Kind of like a "wall of shame", and hopefully this will prevent them from doing it again. If you look at some providers, its not the first time they owe money on an agency, so, if they did it once, then they will probably do it again.
I agree that they should probably put it somewhere else, but I kinda respect them for putting it up there. I honestly do not see their agency as less trashy b/c they did that. I guess its their way of letting hobbyist and other agencies know of how the providers owe debt to them--in addition, this will thwart any other providers that will skip payment. Also, I guess this is their way of reviews, so it kinda make their profession safer for other agencies.
Again, its my opinion, but this shouldn't discourage you from seeing their providers. They have a good reputation. Just my 2 cents.
This is wrong in so many ways, I don't even know where to begin. Nor would I have time to lay them all out. But in the effort of giving an honest answer to an honest question....
1. Be Fair: This is one sided. The providers are given no opportunity to give their side of the story. There is a reason people support trials by disinterested juries where the accused has an opportunity to confront and respond to the accuser....
2. Be Respectful: This is an invasion of privacy. How would you like it if your employer posted your employment record, in your words, "as their way of letting [you] know." And if they went on to maintain and update a public "wall of shame" to "prevent [you] from doing it again"???? Does that strike you as fair employment practice? Would you like to work for such an employer? I would not, nor would I want to do business with them.
3. Heal Thyself: Aphrodite, if you hired some bad apples, shame on you. Improve your hiring practices. Move on.
4. Turn the Other Cheek: IMHO, Aphrodite's behavior demonstrates a degree of grudge-holding approaching vindictiveness that I am not comfortable with. I just don't need it in my life. My personal choice - I don't want to deal with that. I choose to give them a wide berth.
5. By Their Fruits So Shall Ye Know Them: If this is how they conduct themselves with their employees, how will they conduct themselves with others? If there is some unfortunate circumstances involving Hobbyists, will they publish a Hobbyist Wall of Shame? If they have your personal info from screening... Well, you can connect the dots on that one.
Those are just some top of mind reasons. I'm sure I could come up with more. I'd rather not spend more time on it though.
Returning to the spirit of my original post - this sets off alarm bells for me. Everyone will decide for themselves. I will choose to steer clear.

the girl who has stood clients up several times.
The one who left owing money AND stole a CLIENTS credit card.
And the one who left owing, stole another providers belongings and credit card and ran up the card to 1k.
Are these not things that all hobbyists would want to know about a lady before going to see her. Isn't this why you guys refer to TER? Not only for bait and switches but for time wasters and theives?

Just to clarify, I'm not saying the girls are innocent, or guilty for that matter. I wasn't there, I'll never know.
I'm just saying is based on this, I will choose not to do business w/ Aphrodite. Everyone else will make there own decision.

Everything you say is true but that's one of the risks you take when you own a company. Crying over it doesn't change anything. They should review their hiring practices and plan for a certain amount of loss like everyone else does. You would be amazed at the amount of money retail stores add to their prices to overcome “shrinkage” by both internal and external thieves. You pay for it every day on everything you buy.
Something else to consider is where we would be without unions and labor laws. They didn’t come about because everything was peachy on the labor front. I’m not a union guy and I don’t like dealing with the labor laws but I understand that they are necessary as part of the checks and balances that keeps money in my pocket. Don’t think for one minute that employers wouldn’t go back to 18hr days 7 days a week for next to nothing for pay if they could get away with it. Manufacturers do it now in countries that don’t protect their citizens the way we do. They don’t move jobs to 3rd world countries because they like the weather or want to be nice. Companies are heartless profit machines that will do whatever they can to grow and improve the bottom line. Not judging, just stating the facts. It’s capitalism at its finest.
I’m not saying the ladies are innocent, there are bad employees everywhere. But airing one's dirty laundry in public does nothing to fix the problem. If anything, it will cost them business.
Aphrodites need to suck it up and deal with it like the rest of us.
No they don't need to suck it up and deal with it. They chose to deal with it this way. They are fighting back against the scum. They are also saving you and me the pain of thinking of ever seeing any of these scum girls where ever they end up next. This is a great way to out the bad apples. I want to know who these girls are so I can avoid them elsewhere. And other good agencies want to know about these girls aw well.
So now you want the agencies to police the escorts? No thank you, I prefer to do my own research. That’s like having the fox guard the hen house. You're sure that this is being done out of the goodness of their hearts to protect all of us from the bad girls and they couldn't possibly have any other motive for smearing them? It looks more like sour grapes to me. We have no way of knowing what the whole story is.
You repeatedly categorize these women as "scum" but yet you have NO IDEA whether what this agency posted about them is true or not. Believe one side of the story if you want. It's not unreasonable for others to be skeptical, or at least to have an open mind. (Note - I'll give you Trista/Brenna/Danielle. There was a thread on here about an unsettling encounter with her. But unless you have personal experience with the other ladies, you have no idea whether what is posted is the truth.)
And you're glossing over Client 9's best argument, which is that if this is the way the agency treats ex-"employees" it has a beef with, what does it day about how a hobbyist it has a beef with might be treated. You have to cancel an appointment at the last minute for good reason and your hobbying info, or maybe even your real info, gets posted publicly with a warning to providers to stay away from you? I don't know this agency from a whole in the wall so I'm not predicting that they would do something like this. But it's naive to rule it out given the way they chose to handle this situation.
Client 9's "best argument" goes both ways... if this is the way these girls treat their employer, what does it say about how they're likely to treat the hobbyist, who is also essentially an employer?

DiverDown, what you say is true. For all we know, these girls may be rotten to the core and likely to scam the next unfortunate hobbyist to cross their path. But, as Dontgetit points out, we don't want to let the "fox guard the hen house."
The place for this discussion is right here on a more neutral forum like TER, not on an agency website. Here everyone can come to air their grievances, tell their side of the story: hobbyists, agencies and providers alike. Hopefully a more neutral forum like TER can do a better job of sorting this type of mess out and create accountability for everyone.
If we leave it up to the agencies there is too much opportunity for abuse. Abuse of providers and of hobbyists. Agencies (like all of us) have conflicts of interest. That's why we need a more neutral forum.
We can't stop agencies, hobbyists and providers from scamming and behaving badly. But we can create an open forum that airs these types of issues and gives everyone a say. If we leave it up to the agencies, there is too much opportunity for one-sided abuse, both of providers and hobbyists. Anyone can put whatever they want on their web pages.

As for me, I vote for keeping that kind of discussion here in TER. I'll vote with my wallet to stay away from agencies (or anyone else) who tries to conduct that kind of one-sided public shaming.
I agree 100%. I do not know if the allegationsa re true although I suspect that they are. But even so I hesitate to do buiness with people that pursuea grivance ----legitimate or otherwise-----in this manner.
Tactics matter. How tou do something is almost as important as what is done.
