Received response from Abbie. She has been a provider for a number of years with many reviews previously under a former name. She changed her name within the past year and prefers to not have the association made public. Her TER reviews were removed, but I have found reviews on other sites (GOOD) and remember her under her prior name as she did visit DC and other cities.

Based on her website she looks legit, but I can't find much on reviews. Only one on another site. I also don't see her rates on her website http://www.abbielashay.com/
I sent her an e-mail last week asking the same questions, reviews and rates. I did get a response, but the response only said she was going to be in DC 9/4-11 and to schedule an appt, I needed to provide her with references. Today, I sent a follow-up...will reply if I hear anything.
