Molested and consentual are two different thing's. What if your 14 year old sister is already very active sexually, at least 3 different 16 year old boy's a week. Some of the kid's out there are very active, whether that's bad or good. At 14 I knew what was going on, as well as my friend's. Unfortunately we weren't getting any though, especially as hot as this teacher. Sex is something that everyone (hopefully) eventually does, human nature. So along come's mister 25 year old. For him and her to enjoy each other's company he should be castrated and thrown in jail??? Mean while she goes back to her active sex life with the 16 year old's. Seem's kind of insane. I think most guy's, myself included, would have done anything to have been in this kid's position, lucky little bastard. For someone to prey on young kid's is totally wrong! I plead guilty to having a double standard. But I think it WOULD be different for a girl and a male teacher. I think if you lookg at this board and this industry, it's 99 percent male out for 99 percent female. So I think the sexual politic seems to say men need it more, must pay the price. Women have higher risks and need to get compensated. Maybe it sounds sexist, but if if we're all equal, why are we paying for it?
Although I agree that there is a gender difference, but the point is that even if the victim is a boy, he is a still a child who needs our protection. We, through messages send by the public media, are already pushing our children into adulthood before they are ready.

Hmmmmm.....I actually remember being a teenage girl, and yep, I would go with different.
I remember certain girls in school that would do anything they could to get a male teacher worked up, the would flirt, bend over, rub up against, show a "bruise" she got on her upper thigh, talk a little to loudly their friends with the teacher nearby about how she gave her boyfriend a blowjob or whatnot....yep, that is different.
I also knew a lot of girls with crushes on different teachers, that would certainly have had sex with the teacher had he asked, though they were not as bold as the previously mentioned girls in their interactions with the teachers they thought were "Hot".
Here is where the double standard falls apart, for some reason men think they were the only ones in adolescence with raging hormones seeking an outlet...the girls had that to, biggest difference was whereas the guys would have taken a teacher or a girl from class, the girls were more interested in the teachers and not the boys in class...actually from that it could be argued that a male teacher would be less wrong perhaps? *smirk*
The danger of this situation for a girl or boy is that they are immature in most ways still. They are feeling the first rushes of those hormones and the first real forays into emotional ramifications of romantic love, lust, random urges ect. They have an onslaught of desire without an idea of what giving into them may mean, of what those desires entail, what they can lead to ect. to have an adult, any adult take advantage of that naive sexual impetus is wrong. The adult that takes advantage of that is using the teenager without an respect or care for that teenager.
What the arguement here and the mention of a double standard based on gender (since it assumed a girl would be hurt by the same activity with a male teacher) is really argueing is that something is wrong based on loss or harm to the "victim" and not on the intent of the perpetrator. Since the assumption is made that the boy isn't really "harmed" then there is no reason to punish. So, to the girls that would try and tempt their teachers, it could be argued that they wouldn't be "harmed" either so would you argue against punshiment for male teacher in that circumstance as well?
Maybe no harm came to the boy in this situation, but does that make the woman's actions right?
Can she get away with disregarding any thought of his well being for her own wants, because he couldn't get pregnant, or because maybe his friends think he's a "stud" because of it?
Can the fact that she used his burgeoning sexualality against him, and her belief that he would do as she wanted without respect for him be so easily dismissed because as boys most men would have wanted to have the same thing with their "hot teacher"?

She did get a sentence. She got 3 years of house arrest and is now on record as being a sex-offender. She has lost her profession.
The parents of the boy, and the boy himself, asked the judge to not send her to jail. That kind of thing carries a lot of weight in these cases. That was the primary factor in the judges decision. The judge upheld the wishes of the victims in the situation. Had they not spoken up, I'm sure she would have gotten to serve some time.
I'm sure the court records will prove that this was an agreement reached by all parties involved. If all parties are in agreement, there is no injustice or double standard.
...busted a nut several times with his teacher. I've never known of a male who thought an orgasm was traumatic. The defense had an interesting point in their argument. Male pedophiles in prison usually get beat on by other inmates. Female convicts are mainly abused by the guards. They said she was too pretty to go to jail for this. As crazy as it sounds, that's actually a legit argument. She's definitely someone who would come out of the system worse off then when she went in. Like it or not, if you want to hold someone in custody, you are responsible for their safety and well-being.
It also helped that the boy and his parents didn't think she should go to jail.
I heard the defense make that argument that she was "too pretty" for jail. And you're saying that most women in jail are abused by the guards. So by that reasoning no pretty women should go to jail?!
Double standards like this are unfortunate but as stated earlier the boy and his parents agreed to let her take a deal and not put the boy through a trial. I just wonder if these parents would have allowed a male teacher to take a deal had this happened to a daughter?
Here's something else to chew on. What if the female teacher had sex with another female student? Does that change your thinking or is that just hot to some of you guys? What if it had been a male teacher that was involved with this male student?
Think about it. Wrong is wrong no matter the gender.

If you had been the prey, there wouldn't have been a problem. Much as I would have liked this kind of thing to happen to me when I was 14, probably be even more screwed up than I am if it had been my teacher.

Two of my female HS teachers pulled this sh*t, and the boys they did became local legends. A male teacher did a shy, plain girl in my class. She was ostracized, and later committed suicide. We are not fair to each other. We never have been.
She was wrong. But goddamnit, where were the hot young wrong teachers when I was 14? I am jealous of that little fucker.
