BBBJ is lower-risk than unprotected vaginal or anal sex for both parties for most conditions, but it isn't absolutely "safe". Herpes is probably the biggest risk, but others are possible, including HIV. Condoms do offer considerable protection, but change the experience. Oral to a provider is probably safer than BBBJ, but the same concerns exist, particularly herpes. Be careful out there.

Recently had a very exciting PV which finished with a surprise BBBJ, which for safety reasons I usually do not do.  I would appreciate any information from both clients and providers if it is possible to catch anything from receiving a BBBJ (or giving oral to the provider).
