There's a reason I go to DC or Raleigh for company.  1/2 is the "not in my home-town" rule.  The other 1/2 is the lack of quality providers to make me break it.  Sure, good folks show up now and then (Lacey was here last week, and Angelina in Jan. I think, both of whom are well-thought of, but even if I wanted to break the rule, I never have time & money when they're here), but as for women HQ'd in Richmond, not much happenin'.

Rochelle has good reviews and is apparently local or semi-local.  I have attempted to link to her review page--hope it works.  She's also on Ave-X, which is the most complete list of Richmond-based escorts.  I'd be tempted to break the hometown rule for her.  One reason is really stupid, BUT:  she has a pretty name.  Yeah, it's a dumb reason (I'm also easily distracted by shiny objects).   Tidewater area code, but apparently either is HQ'd in Richmond or comes here often.  Reviews state she's larger--but no bigger than other Richmond choices (the providers here tend to be big).  The good news:  PRETTY face--makes up for a lot.  Also, reviews say she's open about her size and apparently serious about working on it.  Reviews say her attitude is great and she's extremely friendly.
