Yes, it can be..however that has not been a problem for me. I think the deal is to plan ahead..email her with some info about yourself [ boards you are on etc] ..a couple well known references with contact info and the date & time you have in mind. Then a day or so later follow up with a phone call, you will probably have to leave a message with a return contact number.  Jaden tends to respond to the courteous..organized established hobbyiest.  I suspect a same day appt or even contact is rare, but that tends to be true with most of the top providers.  She is worth the effort..
