I've been confronted by this confusion for a while and feel the need to educate those who are unclear.

Repeat client: One who has visited with a particular provider before and should not need to be screened by that provider again. (Depending on how long ago the last visit was, re-screening may be required.)

Regular Client: One who visits with the same provider periodically, e.g. say once every 3 weeks or so - hence the word "regular"

So for those "repeat" clients who have asked for a "regular" client discount...this should clear things up

But then again - every regular is a repeat, but even if you are a repeat and have visited the same provider the same amount as a regular, unless the provider likes you - you will remain a repeat - LOL

But...

Suppose I were to date Lorena Bobbitt, over and over...  would that make me a regular re-peter?
