I have been trying to get verified for almost 6 months by this agency. Not really sure how they operate or if their books are close but having the same issue.

Did you give your references a heads up before you sent that info to CP?

Try follow up around 9:30 AM and request a date for later that day or the next. Let them know if your desired provider isn’t available at the time you requested, you would be open to a recommendation. That may incentivize CP to make your screening a priority. Good luck!

I’ve been around the AMP circuit but it’s been a while since I’ve booked with an agency or indy that I can cite for a reference.  

My fear is that where I work a call to my office could attract the wrong kind of attention.  

Any other suggestions or tips on getting verified without using a work number or work ID? Or any bookers that are easier to get into? Looked at BEG and JJ so far but looks like the same process for them?

Do they still require a photo of your ID?  Most of these agencies now a days require it.  No way I'll send them my ID.  And I have nine years of references includes five active references and they still ask for ID.
