The entire agency is this way. The agency goes by about 4-5 different names, 6-8 different phone numbers. If you look at CitiVibe.Com, just about every girl on there is from this Scam. Not all but most. Also beware of No-Limit Agency. It should be No-Show or No-Touch Agency.
Used the service without the privilege of having my PC handy for a review. You are promised F/S but this is far from the truth. Cash up front, no touch, no kiss, no bj, no massage, no daty. If you beg long enough, you may get a dry handed hj that you'll have to finish by yourself while the girl is contacting her next victim. AVOID THIS SCAM!!!
Thanks for the head's up man, where did you find this agency? or is it one girl? Where did you find her? Phone book, Newspaper?You should post a description of her, especially and distinquishing marks, tatoos or piercings......also hair,color body type.....you know the drill. just incase she decides to go by a different name.

I got scammed by them a couple of years ago when I first started the hobby and I wasn't aware of this website. All the above is true. I see their ads on citivibe, eros and dc-exotics. They have ads in the citypaper as well. I got scammed at a Tyson's Corner incall, but they opened an incall in Georgetown some months ago. So you just have to watch out for them. The DC ripoff section has reports for three girls associated with them. But not all the numbers are there, so you have to keep your eyes open. I wonder how long they have been running that scam. I guess there are always new guys for them to ripoff.
My very first time at this hobby was through them.I called to see this hot chic named Anna Nicole pictured on eros site.When i got there they said she was getting her hair done but had another girl just as hot,yeah right.I dont know what i was thinking,guess just super horny.Anyway paid 220 for HJ. I said i thought this was supposed to be FS. She said that was FS.What a joke.
Guys -I wrote about this ripoff way back in December and if you learn to search on TER you could have avoided it. Sorry they got another victim. See my posts from OCt 23, 2003 and again December 27, 2003. Just do a 365 day search on the DC board for the word Katz. These guys are a notorious scam and have been making big $ for a while, since they have part-ownership in Dc-exotics.
I've tried to keep this agency on a constant thread of ripoffs in DC. Wish we could let everyone know about them. Rick2
