So, with all the crime that goes on in Northern VA, basically the police have nothing to worry about on that front but internet escorting? Pretty goddamn sad. And frankly, I'm sorry, but that is blatant entrapment placing an ad like that and I hope to hell if anyone gets busted that way, they have a damn fine attorney who can make a record/note of that solicitation. I vehemently disagree with the police committing crimes to catch what they perceive as criminals. Soliciting is afterall, illegal.

If this was placed by the LE - they are the one laughing. It's a scare straight tactic. Simple, no man power required. No one would or will be arrested for calling that number - unless you are so drunk you don't hear the voice prompts, then I think it would be helpful, spending the night in a drunk tank...

As for entrapment - you wouldn't win this case. Entrapment is basically being forced to do something illegal that you wouldn't do under ordinary circumstances.

Google has been my best friend since starting this hobby and if others aren't using it, I think they are crazy. If you have the money, you can also pay for a service that does a little deeper screening of phone numbers, names and addresses.

I am please by the work LPG has done for us. TER is a much safer place then CL. But I will admit, I am amused by the posting there and read it like the daily papers comic strip.

Google is your friend

You can also do phone number searches for providers here to check reviews and see about whether or not the lady works for a service, rip off or otherwise. I've used google the entire three years I've been in this business and it's saved my ass a couple of times. You should ALWAYS google a phone number, and then there are public records which I also use to screen clients. Just some ideas from an old lady in the biz!!
