Can anyone recomend any provider with their nipples pierced and lots of tattoos?

In DC I would think that Samantha would be an obvious choice. She has both pierced nipples and extensive tattoos that are supposed to be very well done.

She has got great reviews. She is a fun girl to be with as well.
