I am trying to decide on where a good MD incall might be. I know some of you Marylanders think I am WAY too far away in VA, so I thought a MD location would be good for everyone. But I am caught between Greenbelt and Silver Spring. I am familiar and comfortable in both areas, and rent prices are comparaible (Did I spell that right?). So I decided to make the deciding factor the gentlemen of the area... Let me know what you think and whichever area gets the most votes, that's where I am going.

Greenbelt is located close to 295, so it is convenient to locals and travellers passing by.  Silver Spring is little off main highway but hotel rate is better.  If hotel rate is the consideration , College Park is another option with many low to moderate rate hotels.

Silver Spring or College Park is good - College Park maybe a little better.  I'd definately like to see you there!!

Selfishly, Towson would be ideal. But BWI would work

Shady Grove Road in Gaithersburg is a favorite of a lot of providers.  Many nice hotels/motels close to Rt. 270.  Easy directions.

Well Vanica, responding to your parameters, my vote would go in for College Park.  It's only congested if you go too far south off the Beltway.  There's a nice high rise Holiday Inn right next to the IKEA on US Rt. 1 right at the Capitol Beltway.  That's convenient for everybody and is reachable from most locations in about a half an hour.

I would vote strongly against any Montgomery County location.  MC is way too congested, no matter WHERE you go.  The Silver Spring hotels are near the Metro but are well off of the Beltway.  I think if "push comes to shove" most people prefer to drive to their appointments than take public transportation.  Besides, the Metro is NOT convenient for us Northerners.  The Gaithersburg/Shady Grove location is right in the "throat" of the MC traffic and is accessible basically only for MC and Frederick County residents (which limits the pull).  It is also about a 45 to 75 minute drive from most I-95 locations between the Beltways.
