Coming out your way in a couple of months, but have had 3 rip offs out of 4 visits, although the visits were 3 years ago. No other city like it. Anything changed that would make me want to make a 5th attempt?

Do your homework and you'll be just fine. There are many MANY outstanding ladies in the DC Metro area with the reviews, reputations and fan base to prove it.
Please, it kills me when I read about guys who are ripped off. They are the ones who seek providers not reviewed. Every city has problems like this. And since you probably weren't a member back then, would explain why you haven't posted the rip-off's.
As already stated, do the research, stay within the program, and let us know if you get ripped off then...

Seriously, I've been hobbying again for almost a year and I have only had one less than satisfactory experience; and even then, the provider did deliver as promised, she just wasn't who she claimed to be. Shortly after that episode I joined TER and haven't had a problem since.
Your best bet is to find a well-reviewed provider in whatever area you're going to be in. Feel free to PM me for more info.
DC is actually one of the better places to visit and have a great experience. Check reviews of ladies and go with those who have the most positive reviews. It is rare that visitors have so many ripoffs, at least from what I have heard!
