Ah, that's a familiar picture, unfortunately.

I will be at a wedding in mid September and have begun my research. I am having a hard time figuring out the area (I will be staying in Arlington) . I am looking for outcall to a hotel
(Marriott) . Is this an area where I can find quality agencies or should I focus on indy's only . BBBJ a must ? I plan on seeing two or three providers so they must be ( close to ) on time as a juggle family functions and provider visits .

Crystal City or Rosslyn should both be good areas. As the chief says, don't post specific hotel names, please.

Traffic around here is some the the worst in the nation (see link, and the one below as well)

so being "on time" is a relative thing, so it's not a good idea to schedule anything too tightly. I don't think it makes any difference about agency vs indy in that respect.

As for getting around on your own, use Metro. It can be packed especially during rush hours (early morning until about 10am, and 3 to 8pm approx), but it's better than driving by a lot!
