poor in DC but need some relief. Any provider feel like doing some volunteer work today

Somehow, I can't imagine any providers actually willing to do this, especially admitting to it in a public forum.  Everyone would start asking for freebies and discounts..!

I've always thought a clever provider could offer a 'frequent f' club.  Every 10th (or whatever) hour is on the house.  It would create loyalty between hobbiest and provider. And by the 10th visit, a hobbiest who's visited that many times would earn it..!

Back in the late 70's and early 80's, in Columbus Ohio, I visited a massage parlor(MP)that provided a freebie after your 10th visit.  I did take advantage of it.  This MP had only American ladies working there.  They mostly provided handjobs and BBBJs to their customers, I did have full service offered to me a couple times.  As I remember rates were $50.00 per hour and had a businessman special from 6PM to 9PM of $35.00 an hour.

   I used to remember places like that too, back then.  $50.00 an hour seems cheap, but consider that the cost of living has quadrupled, since then, at least.  Oh yes, those were the days.  Not only BBBJ's but bare sex, as well.  Even then, we were taking a WHOLE LOT more chances than we knew.  There was a lot more out there than just the clap, even if AIDS and Hep C weren't around, yet.
