Can't offer any useful information for the question, but just for your reading pleasure or just because I feel like posting something this morning, there has been at least one pregnant provider in this area in the past.  Look up the reviews for a provider named Chestah.  She still comes through the area occasionally and has had ads and other reviews under the name Chesta, but, of course, she's not pregnant now.
