Hello.  I've been a lurker of this site, possessing basic membership, for months.  I wanted to greet the masses, but I also have a dilemma, which requires assistance in the form of advice to solve.

My listing for a near-BWI location was present on two boards.  I requested to be removed from one site and my listing disappeared from both sites.  I felt it would be easier, with my current level of HTML expertise, to create my own web page.  I've debated building on more mainstream free web hosting sites but have decided against it until I was better informed.  I was curious about web sites that would be secure and simple enough to post my listing.

I am not sure if my basic membership will allow me to receive personal mail; if it does I would appreciate any responses to assist me in my decision.  I can also be reached at my e-mail address [email protected].  Replies on this board would also be nice if it is more convenient.
