Yes, Yes, and Yes. That answers your question. While there are several places around, you do know they ran them out of Mont Co Md. The next would be PG. The last place would be DC. Lets not forget Va - they watch closely the number of them open - no more no less is acceptable maybe.

But most of the issues AMP's have are licensing. It's not as if Mont Co doesn't have a good therapist to see - just has to be the same sex and licensed in this type of service.

Sex is Sex to LE - HR to FS - all the same. And worse is when a they get so popular and the tax man realizes just how much people give in tips - such as a confession from some poor scared guy who is approached by LE and tells them the details - the feds get involved.

Nothing about what we do is acceptable in this area - it is tolerated yet - sometime better in some areas then other - but still, they would like nothing better then to see it all go away.

After SI case, things look scary...

Is massage with HR a problem for LE..do massage providers get busted and clients get arrested too?

I posted the same question in the general board.  I enjoy FBSM as much as FS. You meet different type of ladies in FBSM that you don't find in FS.  They are often amateau college girls who want to make extra income without going all the way.

After reading the link above.. looks like FS Escort is not legal. And if thats the case why do we see FS escort adds in yellow pages? LE can't see those adds?

My understanding is that DC has a loophole that makes it illegal to solicit, but not be a provider. Thus, ads are fine. Visiting a provider is not. Odd. I also hear that legislation is on the way to change this.

Most of the code words are illegal & can be used in court, including the term full service.  A well  known local provider was busted about 6 months ago in Silver Spring for using that term on the phone.  If someone is stupid enough to ask, “Do you travel to Greece?”, or “Are you full service?” the proper response is, “Sorry, but for legal reasons, I cannot answer that question.”

That change in legalities has occurred as a result of escort directories & boards having a glossary section.  Therefore, the code words are considered general knowledge & not just a code.  Remember when a blow job was a musical term?  Now it is common knowledge that it means performing oral on a man.  The term “blow job” would hold up in court.  The last term that is not concrete is “girl-friend” experience.  However, in the near future it will probably be taboo too.

The reason you see the term “full service” so frequently in the yellow pages is because the ads cannot be altered, once they are appear in the book.  Those yellow page services are often busted.
