Saw her a couple of months ago.  The pictures imply a tall, slender lady, not the short, somewhat squatty one that I saw. She's Russian although I couldn't tell from talking to her on the phone.  In a nutshell, the service was lousy. Worst $300 I ever spent.  Was out of there in 30 minutes and glad to go.
