Which is the safest and most quality bet?  

Also, any LE problems at these places that explicitly dont offer FS?

I liked blue gems but I haven't gone since their reviews vanished.  Didn't really care for Halogen.  There is another service with a girl named Taylor (do a review search)  I think she is probably the best right now.

Both services are excellent. They both are strictly PV.
