Depends on what they feel are necessary preparations.  For a few people, it's as simple as taking a good crap, wiping thoroughly, and then using plenty of lube; this might take half an hour, perhaps.  For others, it can be much more involved, with a high-fiber diet, repeated enemas, and exercises to relax the sphincters -- this might be over the course of a few days.  In any case, it takes a while for the muscles to relax once you actually get started.

My advice is to find someone who is experienced with it, and make an appointment in advance.  You're probably not going to have a lot of luck if you're saying, "I've got an idea! For the second pop, let's do Greek!"

The last couple of provider I have requested greek from one said I should have let them know a couple of days in advance so they could clean themselves out and the other one says they do that with mutiple our customer it takes them that long to get ready.  How long does it take to get ready for greek?  I just want some greek.

I always try to give them a 2 week notice for an advanced appointment. They have to get their body in tone to make sure they are regular. Also it takes about 1 hour to clean the ass out. Things can be tricky in the winter with it being so dry sometimes. Some will want to do a fast before the appointment to make sure they are clean like they are in the porno flicks.

I just LOOOOOOOOOVE greek and I only need to know when the guy books me.

There is no need for a week of preparation or go into a zen meditation to relax you ass. This is all bull crap (pun intended).

Of course I need to know BEFORE the appointment, to ensure my colon is sparkling clean for backdoor fun.

Because I provide greek in regular basis, every morning I do a first cleansing. Takes me about 30 minutes.

Then, I just do a "maintenance" during the day, prior each greek session. Takes me about 10 minutes.

If a woman keeps her colon clean, there is no need for special diets or days of extensive preparation.

Also, the feeling of being "clean" inside is awesome, once I started to get into a daily routine of doing it, my body kind of changed.

About "relaxing the hole", after cleansing you just need a good anal lube and your fingers. No need to insert dildos, plugs or anything else inside. Lube and a bit of fingering get you going for the main event.

Jeop HAS done greek before! I dont think it sounded to interested though to hear what we do to prepare....

Your right about the diet but I do find that If I dont eat alot of bad foods (carbs, starches ect) my body doesnt have alot to clean out.....

I guess I am NOT the only one who LUVES greek!

I'm the same way, no hidden fees, no drama, no fussing about sizes or girths.

A true backdoor girl is ALWAYS ready and willing to just have a guy pounding her as many cups he can brew & spew lol.

The wannabes need a full week to prepare so they can charge a hefty premium over their rates for it. They suffer emotional stress, lol, so guys need to pay for that too.
