Although untrue, I prefer the usual provider feedback:  "You were great", "Can't wait to see you again", "You were so hard", or my alltime favorite, "If I had known you were so big, I would have charged you more".  

Yes a simple phone call would've been nice, and that's what irked me.  I don't care if a provider cancels on me, she'd have to call me to cancel right?
