So I made an 11:00 appointment which came and went an hour ago. You always feel stupid trying to decide how many time to call, how long to sit in the darn lobby and what you're going to do now.

Some agencies are very professional some just plain suck.  I realize people blow them off all the time it just sucks when you don't and it happens to you.
