Missy, best wishes to you.  I hope everything will be well at home.

Hello guys,
Just wanted to take a moment and thank the MD community for the warm and wonderful welcome I received again.

Unfortunately, due to the storm headed directly to my home, I have departed early (as I am sitting in the made house they call Hartsfeld).

To the wonderful gents that I missed this trip, I am sorry and look forward to seeing you when I return in October.

To the gent that I couldn't get ahold of via phone, you had mail early this morning :)  I don't want you to think that I forgot about you.

Thanks for another wonderful trip :)
xoxo
Missy

Missy, you are just the SWEETEST thing on two wheels!  Of course I just got off the phone with you while you were at Hartsfield (such a fun place to be--yyycch!).  I'm sure you would have much preferred to have been up here with US.  What a mess you have to go through in FL when one of these infernal things hits (and you have had SO many in the past couple years).

Guys, I know there are several of you who were disappointed by all this today.  I feel your pain because I am ONE of you.  I suppose MDL is thinking NOW it is OUR turn to have to suffer and wait for Missy.  Well MDL, now I know firsthand what you have had to endure when there is a "near miss".  Our consolation?  Well as Missy told me on the phone (and posted here), she will be BACK in early to mid October (infernal storms "willing").  Even if they get another one then, I am sure she will do everything she can to work around it to get back up to see us.

For the REST of you guys who saw her the last two days and posted such glaring mini-reviews here, next time WE'LL be FIRST!  I know you have pain too, because I know firsthand what it is like to have immediate "withdrawal" from Missy.

Missy, you take care sweetie!  We don't want anything bad happening to you.  Kiss your pets hello for me...

Missy, best wishes to you.  I hope everything will be well at home.

Ditto that again, TE.  BTW, I expected to hear from Missy by now and have not.  The storm hit right in the Miami/Lauderdale area apparently closing both airports.  It didn't sound too good for West Palm either.  There were Category I hurricane force sustained winds with gusts up to 92 mph.  Tremendous flooding and two killed.  I'm a bit worried for her.  Has anybody heard anything?
