my Monopoly money's no good?

Apparently someone is skillfully bleaching $5 bills, and re-printing them with $20 graphics. It's especially prevalent in B'more, and turning up at a few other places on the east coast. It's difficult to detect unless you hold the 20 up and see a watermark of Lincoln alongside the printed Jackson. Nothing like technology, huh?
