I didn't have high expectations when I went and that was good. I got what I paid for. Tip: if you go, you might want to consider doing it in the daylight hours, because it could be hard to find at night...

DC Latina is on the level and apparently safe. I have been there two times. The place is now located in a decent apartment complex in Wheaton off of Georgia Avenue. It is almost a classic cathouse. You go in and get to pick the girl from a group of four or five girls of different shapes and ethnic groups. She takes you to a bedroom, takes off all her clothes and pretty much does whatever you want. The girls are mostly from Latin America, most speak little or no English. You can also get 2 girls at a time for 30 minutes for $200.
