I have to tell you that I had the hardest time today trying to get my laptop up an running the guy at the hotel swore it was my eithernet so i went to get one and had the hardest time explaining to the man that my dsl hole was messed up lol.. i thought the dudes where in the stores to help us figure out what we need to buy not confuse us more .. Im feeling bad for all yall up here if this is the kinda computer store helpers yall got..

call best buy in columbia and explain the problem to their techs.This is the only branch that has tecks on site that know their stuff...good luck

I have found the guys at Microcenter to be pretty good at helping me through situations There are a few locatons around northern VA. Hope this helps Deanna.
