and have diplomatic immunity from LE.

If safety and discreetness is most important, I'd go with pricier low volume well-reviewed Independent ladies if you want to reduce your chance of LE.

They generally see less clients. Less traffic = Less chance of running into problems with LE = less STD exposure.

Do people have any recommendations for a provider based in DC with whom someone could have an ongoing relationship?  Someone who is discrete, and safe in terms of STDs and LE.  Someone who has an incall location which is nice and clean, in a safe neighborhood, and either centrally located or with Metro access.  Also not over $400/hr (but preferably $300/hr)--think regular visits not one-time splurges.  Someone who is a solid citizen.

It all depends on who you have good chemistry with. How long have you been hobbying? Based on the fact that you only have one review, and the question you posed, I would guess that you are a newbie.

There was a provider based in DC (now retired) whom I've seen 8-10 times, and I would consider as an LTR. However, our relationship was purely professional. Then there have been others who I don't even remember seeing. Never even thought of scheduling a second appointment. The chemistry wasn't there.

You may want to consider finding a sugar baby - for $1k to $2k a month you can find a great young gal who will be almost exclusively yours. As an added bonus sugar dating is legal. I just moved to the area and have just started my search and already have a few good options.
