When I started hobbying 7-8 yrs ago, I went to eros and called up a girl whom I thought was attractive, and thought I would get a great session. It turned out to be a disaster. Turns out I didn't do my homework.

Whichever, agency or indie you choose, I would recommend upgrading to a VIP membership (assuming that you are a basic member) and read the reviews in great detail before making an appointment.

VIP membership costs around $24-25, but it's completely worth it.

Also, last but not the least, however great the reviews might be always remember that YMMV rules applies - Your mileage my vary.
