What do you think the time limit is for recent reviews? By that I mean at what point does the reviewer's tardiness on posting the review, make the review not so recent to the point where they may not be accurate. I know when I do my reviews, I try to get them in within a week or so after my experience. But what of those who wait a month? or two? In waiting so long  the provider may be gone, or may have changed either their appearance or attitude in the interim. If the experience is not so good are they doing a disservice to the members by allowing others to go where they may otherwise not have gone if the review was posted promptly. How long is too long?

Agree with your comments but for all practical purposes on TER the official (per the Review FAQ section) is as follows:

"Each review must recount a visit that took place within the last three months in order to be timely. A lot can change with a provider - even in this relatively short amount of time."

Absolutely tophervette.....we're all just authors and readers of erotic fiction!!  But your fictional article has to have taken place no more than 3 months ago if you want TER to publish it!

An important distinction:

In my experience TER interprets their policy as three calendar months...not 90 days.

I've submitted a review or two near the 55-day mark and by the time staff gets around to it's 61 or 62 days past...then they say..."too old" as it's now the first few days of the next month.

I would say two months is long time to wait! But thats just me.

I very often have a lapse between event and review. My life is not consumed by ter, and I get busy earning money to hobby, pay rent, etc. My reviews are accurate, regardless of time lapse.

On the other hand, I worry more about the reviews that come in quickly but are clearly misleading on details.

it gives me time to come down from my infatuation and look at things with an impartial eye.

Sometimes we just get too busy, I know for me it takes time to collect my thoughts and write an honest and accurate review.

Another reason, many hobbyists do not necessarily give out their TER handle when they hobby and will wait a month or two so the provider will not know who they are.
