I used Cachet in Pittsburg, PA, Norfolk, VA and I think Philadelphia.  I got what I paid for at all.  Pittsburg had some awesome looking women.  Philly was a dog but she performed well and was pleasant. Just found them in the yellow pages when visiting the cities. No pictures but agency will give brief description/stats.

Cachet Maryland only operates in the DC Metro Area & has never advertised in the yellow pages.
