Seeing how no one has replied to your question I thought I might know the reason. Most here do not recommend AMP's and try to support the local providers.
I occasionally go to the AMP's to treat myself to what I was first introduced to in this hobby... My last trip was to OK Spa in Georgetown next to JP's. This was a decent experience from the point of it being new and the talent was top notch...
The only other place I've been to is Downtown Spa.. Always decent talent yet the stair climb leaves a lot to be desired.
TER has a section in the VIP community for Massage Parlor Reviews. Sadly it isn't as well received and supported so there is little to go on.
But, the little I did see for your specific location and the one in Vienna were single reviews and not good service...

If you are interested in the local spa's - check out Downtown Spa - or maybe OK. I know that Downtown Spa has several reviews. Don't look for those girls to be there as they change up every 6 weeks. Good Luck...

Unless you drive to Woodbridge, FS is very hard to find in NoVa. Actually, given the busts in Woodbridge (link anyone?), there may not be much there, either.
Couple of places in Tysons: Ivy and Youngs being most well known. Few in Annandale like Kim's Accupressure.
In DC, its Downtown, Supra, Sun, CPHC, and a few others. Not to shill for another board, but USG has much better info. Link below to DC board, you should be able to navigate to the NoVA board.
If you pick up a the Washington Post and look into the Sports section you will find the ad for all the spa's. Here is the phone numbers for both - call and they will give you the address.
I hope you read the post above where a hobbyist was stopped while leaving a spa in woodbridge.
