Two part question, would a lady prefer to be described as Voluptuous or Curvaceous? Second part, Would the guys rather hear that a lady is Voluptuous or Curvaceous?

Can't speak for the ladies, but Womanly, Voluptous, Curvaceous, Rubenesque I would put them in that order with Rubenesque being the heaviest. They all mean pretty much the same thing to most guys, but I prefer Curvaceous, for some subconscious reason that I can't vocalize.
I just do. Maybe it's because Voluptous has been used too often for ladies who are REALLY big. So I've given it a negative (slightly decietful) connotation in my mind.

Which is why I less-than-rarely ever use any of them on my advertising.  You will find those terms on my website along with a slew of others, but I prefer not to use any of them on the boards because words like voluptuous, thick, curvy have all been abused beyond salvation.  Apparently they are very subjective terms.

To use any of them often brings images of XL BBW +++ ladies, who, in my own subjective opinion, have really stretched the definition.

Your image of a true "voluptuous" woman could be very different from another's.  I prefer that a gent checks out my pics and makes his own decision on exactly what adjective from the size 12 and up club applies to me.

Sometimes the use of those womanly terms prevents gents from clicking for further info based on previous misuse.  There's a world of physical difference between a 170 lb "voluptuous" provider and a 270 lb "voluptuous" provider.

I agree...But in my case, I just say BBW for the most part, sometimes voluptuous.  Truth in advertising so to speak.  I dont want anyone who comes to see me feel like they have been lied to.  Its very hard to put 12+ and up ladies in a category.  One provider that weighs 170 may carry her weight completely different than another that weighs the same.  That is why I believe its imperative that pictures be a fair representation of oneself.  All those words have been misused and misleading to alot of men.  Many of my clients can attest to my reaffirming that I am not some petite flower and I reiterate that I am a BBW.  I dont want it to ever be said that I misrepresented who and what I am.

Everyone has a different idea of what each of these words mean.  You cant really pigeonhole anyone into them.

C'mon !  that was a rude comment...
It's all on the eyes of the beholder.
I've been called "curvy" and " curvaceous figure"... And I don't think FAT at all...

On the other hand... I like the word "curvy" above all of the other.

...I'm not really charming or a gentleman. It's just that I've never met a woman I didn't find attractive in one way or another.

I'm not really sure if that's a blessing or a curse.
