Way too much Flash and it's a bit of challenge to navigate.  Ugh.  Looks like they paid in-kind services to a dot-com graphic artist who went a bit overboard.  My 2 cents, FWIW: lose the Flash intro (if someone is browsing the site from a place where he needs to be discreet, the intro would cause him to close the browser immediately), and unclutter the navigational mess.
